A Tiny Epic Update on Our Game of Thrones Adventure!

I hope you are all doing well. I’m sure many of you shared in our excitement last night as we watched the season 2 premiere of House of the Dragon! I am eagerly anticipating how this season will unfold.

In today’s update, we will discuss the pledge manager and provide a progress report for the project. Let’s get started.

Pledge Manager

Firstly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have confirmed their pledge in the Pledge Manager. Currently, we have reached a confirmation rate of 66%. However, there are still many of you who have yet to complete your pledge. If you fall into this category, please check your inbox for an email invitation to the Pledge Manager. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

If you are not able to locate your emailed invite, please refer to the steps below:

2. Click “Request New Invite”
3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with)
4.  Wait at least 10 minutes – then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies.

Please note that due to the arrangements of our license agreement, ALL ACCESSORIES offered in the pledge manager are part of our “Kickstarter Limited-Exclusivity” offering and WILL NOT be sold in retail stores. These exclusive products will be in limited supply after the pledge manager closes.

Progress Report

Progress is going well in preparing for production of Tiny Epic Game of Thrones™. All teams have completed their internal review of the digital proofs, marking a significant milestone in the production process.

The next step is to receive and approve the physical pre-production samples from our manufacturer. We expect to receive these samples in the coming weeks and look forward to sharing photos of them in an upcoming update.

As of now, we estimate that the final product will be delivered in November 2024.

Here is our up-to-date estimated timeline.

Project Estimated Timeline

• June 2024: Receive and review pre-production samples.
• July 2024: Make any adjustments per our pre-production samples review and begin full production.
• September 2024: Approval of production samples and begin product assembly. Plus, finalize of all freight arrangements and begin product transit to warehouses.
• October 2024: Receipt of product by warehouses and begin building backers packages.
• November 2024: Shipment of all backers’ packages to their final destination.

We recognize this puts us a little behind our original estimated delivery date of October 2024. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we are committed to working diligently to ensure that we deliver as close to the original estimated date as possible.
