It's a good sized bag and would hold the base game box, the Stories expansion and a small amount of other stuff. It's very light-weight. It's kind of odd that the zippered opening is at "the bottom" of the bag, and the clips for the playmat are at the top (near the handles), I understand placing the opening for the bag and the holder for the playmat at opposite ends of the bag, it just seems weird this way to me. Your mileage may very. Worth the cost for organization if nothing else, if you take the game outside your home to play, the case is very useful.
